Love and Loving Alone Fuels Our Lives


Justine n Michael deserve all the accolades for making such heartfelt stories. These true narrations and true events compiled over many years in there YouTube channel ‘Reflections of Life’, are truely touching. 
Here’s another gem where love transcends physical disabilities with care, value and understanding for each other. 
So often, we miss the moments of joy due to the burden of expectations. How can Love be dressed up to look like Cleopatra. Love is Cleopatra. It’s been my experience that one needs no formal education, training or instruction to know how to love. It’s not a mind thing. It’s a heart thing. No wonder God kept the heart a little lower in humility than the mind which sits atop the summit and Lords over our lives. 
Another important issue is about childhood traumas   Love is the only balm which can heal our deepest traumas of yesteryears. The scars carved out of incisions of physical, mental abuse can be deep and lasting. Perhaps, in many ways they steer the course of our lives thereafter. But, it’s been my experience that with Love and Empathy it is possible to erase the scars over time. 
People say time heals. I say Love is the true hero of life. It heals and infuses  Life in our lives. However, I experienced that to be loved and be loveable, I had to first discover Love in myself first. After many decades of practice and mediation I have finally touched some deep corner of my inner terracotta where the elixir of Love abounds. It’s in giving that you receive - the adage worked for me. I just turned the face of the mirror. Once, I learnt to love the world and it’s beautiful people and living beings, it was easy thereafter. Now, I receive abundance of love. It’s overflowing. My beautiful family, my friends and even those who don’t know me - they share their Love in abundance. 
I shared this video only to evoke and trigger a button in you all. Firstly, do see more of this channel’s Videos. They truly are transformative. I am positive that each day there is one moment in our lives when we drop our anchor and masks and become our true self. These videos will appeal to that self in that one moment. And it will help begin the process of Alchemy. Watching and reading stories of pure love, empathy, sympathy and compassion has definitely made deep inroads in my Psychobiological frame. 
Love Alone is God. Trust me.

It was a crisp, bright morning, the kind that makes birds chirp cheerily and humans contemplate existential questions. I had landed — quite literally — in the confines of the stately Base Hospital , a military establishment that takes the phrase “on your back” rather too literally.
