The Past of the Present is in the Future of the Now

I still remember my tenure in the NE. While most of it was confined to Shillong, the many times my tastebuds pushed me across to the Assam Tea Gardens and up to Darjeeling Siliguri tea belts is what I wish to write about today.  As some of you are aware, I have a love affair going on. While the Tea leaves leave me mesmerised , the  Coffee Granules have a crush on me(other way, too).  As the morning sun casts its golden rays over the sprawling tea estates of Assam, the air becomes imbued with the tantalizing aroma of freshly brewed Assam tea.
