The Smoke Trail
Over the last decade, I have investigated myself by Non Dual Advaita processes of inner engineering. Over time, I have learnt that some of my most painful and self defeating habits I used to suffer from have radically changed by the power of meditation and direct investigation. Meditation for me is not only sitting in a posture focusing on breath or a candle. I found and discovered new frontiers of meditation. By paying attention to simple processes of life and nature, I found my answers to some very vexed issues and habits. Mostly, I immersed myself in Nature and observed how people respond to events and emotions in a homogenised world. By submissive inquiry and abject surrender to Nature's way, slowly but surely I started experiencing(finding) the solutions to my problems. My photography, cycling, painting, vlogging, sketching, singing, cooking, observing the cause effect and reactions on Twitter or WhatsApp Groups offered me my Aha moments. Small g...
